Our trip to India was a powerful reminder that communication remains at the heart of connection, understanding and meaningful change. ​​Through conversations with a range of different educational leaders, we developed a deeper understanding of the commitment to Oracy in India, shared insightful conversations and built lasting relationships.

We connected across culture, background and language. We listened to educators speak passionately about their mission to give all of their pupils the very best possible opportunities in life.

We discussed the power of effective speaking, negotiation and active listening.
